How the Traineeship Works: A Step-by-Step Guide

1. Employer Registration – Register online with a Group Training Organisation (GTO).

2. Nominate InterCare as the RTO – Trainee and employer select InterCare and lodge the
training contract.

3. Training Contract – Formal agreement facilitated by Apprentice Connect Australia Provider
(ACAP).

4. Enrolment & Compliance Support – Includes Pre-Training Review (PTR) and LLN
assessment.

5. Training Plan Approval – InterCare will create a personalised plan tailored to the Trainee’s
needs.

6. Weekly Live Classes – Interactive online Zoom sessions (2 hours per week).

7. Flexible Assessments

  • Online Theory – Complete assessments at your own pace.
  • Workplace Practicals – Completed in your workplace at convenient times.

PLEASE NOTE: Trainees must provide their own laptop; smartphones/tablets are not suitable.
