Student Information
The PTR/LLN (Pre-Training Review/Language Literacy Numeracy) form assists us to ensure you are suitable and appropriate to complete the course you are seeking to enrol into.
We take the time to review each of your responses so we can make a determination from what you have written and proceed you to the next appropriate step. Whilst we provide sample questions and suggested word count responses as a guide, we often have prospective students who simply provide us with “Yes” or “No” or very simple responses.
Please understand these simple or short responses, may not assist us to determine your suitability and appropriateness to commence your chosen course.
Please Note: 90% of all delays at the PTR/LLN Form stage are from applicants not providing detailed responses within the form
We give you our commitment that we have a dedicated team that is well resourced and trained in how to review your form content and complete the enrolment stages for you promptly.
What usually holds us up in processing these applications is:
- Incomplete forms – you may not have provided some important key information
- ID Documents – you may not have uploaded your ID to your enrolment form
When we identify that information is missing or insufficient, our team follows a process to attempt to contact you directly to seek further detail to keep your application progressing.
Our enrolment team will typically attempt to contact you via phone and/or email. It is very rare that a delay occurs and there has been no attempt by our Team to connect with you directly.
We encourage you to check your phone records, messages and emails to see if we have attempted to contact you first prior to calling into the office for an update. It may be quicker to review this first and then action any requests so we can simply move your application along.
