Online Enrolment Process Overview

You submit your online enrolment Form & we create a secure ‘user’ account just for you! ·        Once you submit the enrolment form we can process this form usually within the same day or the following day  (<24 hours)

·        Note: 90% of all delays start at this point from applicants not uploading their ID Documents with the form.

·        Enrolment Forms Processed usually within the same day or the following day if received outside of our business hours (<24 hours)

 

 

 

We review your enrolment information & then provide you with a Pre Training Review/Language Literacy and Numeracy Form (PTR/LLN) within your secure account ·        As soon as we process the enrolment form we issue the PTR/LLN Form to your secure Cloud Assess account.

·        Once you log into the Cloud Assess account created in Step 1 & Submit the form we can process this form

Note: 90% of all delays at the PTR/LLN Form stage are from applicants not providing detailed responses within the form

·        Processed usually within the same day or the following day if received outside of our business hours (<24 hours)

 

 

 

We provide you with an ‘outcome’ after we receive all of your documents and confirm any final details before you begin training! ·        Once both forms (Enrolment Form & PTR/LLN) are completed in full, we are ready to allocate you to a class!

·        Our Enrolment Team will call you at this point to confirm your funding eligibility,  allocate your class preferences and any finance detail  such as payment plans etc.

·        This process is dependent on our ability to connect with you when we attempt to call/email.

·        Usually same day as Step 2 or on average <24 hours from when you submit.

 

 

Begin/Commence your Training with InterCare & achieve your goals! ·        We will send you an email that provides you with the necessary location and/or ‘Zoom’ (for virtual classes) details

·        We release ALL of the course materials within your Cloud Assess account

·        You are now ready to attend your first class!

·        Usually same day as Step 3
