I Submitted my Forms Two Days Ago & Haven’t Heard from You. What’s Going On?

We give you our commitment that we have a dedicated team that is well resourced and trained in how to review your form content and complete the enrolment stages for you promptly.

What usually holds us up in processing these applications is:

  • Incomplete forms – you may not have provided some important key information
  • ID Documents – you may not have uploaded your ID to your enrolment form

When we identify that information is missing or insufficient, our team follows a process to attempt to contact you directly to seek further detail to keep your application progressing.

Our enrolment team will typically attempt to contact you via phone and/or email.

It is very rare that a delay occurs and there has been no attempt by our Team to connect with you directly.

We encourage you to check your phone records, messages and emails to see if we have attempted to contact you first prior to calling into the office  for an update.  It may be quicker to review this first and then action any requests so we can simply move your application along.
