How do I Access my Assessments?

  • Assessments are completed on our online Learner Management System (LMS) called Cloud Assess.
  • To access your assessments, please login into the Cloud Assess platform – All your assessments will be available for you to click on, within your account.

How do I log in to the Cloud Assess Platform?

  • Login to Cloud Assess by clicking here:
    https://intercaretraining.assessapp.com/users/sign_in
  • Go to the ‘To Do’ Dashboard
  • Select the unit you are wanting to complete.
  • Follow the instructions, answer the questions and submit when ready.  You are able to save as you work through the assessments, and only submit when you are ready.

Note:  You simulated assessments and workplace assessments will be observed by your Trainer-Assessor.  They will complete the necessary observation checklists aligned to the relevant units that need to be observed practically.  You will have access to the actions that will be observed through the Simulated assessments / Workplace Projects online and/or through the Work Placement book.
