Can I do More than 1 Class a Week?

Depending on the course that you have enrolled into, and also the attendance preference that you have selected at time of allocation, this question can be answered as follows:

For CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing and Disability)

There are generally 2 classes per week.  These can be attended in person or via zoom link at the time when the class is held.

NOTE:  You have to attend all your practical lab / simulation sessions in person – this is not negotiable.

For CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support and CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health

Our typical course durations for students participating in these qualifications, is one ‘unit class’ per week as per the day / night / Saturday classes you select at time of  allocation.

However, if you want more ‘learning’? – Go for it!

  • You may be able to attend another session of the same ‘unit class’ with another Trainer or the same Trainer across a week or multiple weeks.  We want to make sure you have had as many opportunities as you require to get the ‘learning’ you need for any of the unit topics.
  • Speak directly to your trainer, and book a session or pop in to any of the weekly support sessions where topics can be explained and you can access 1:1 support from the trainer.  These sessions are held Tuesday to Friday from 1-4pm every week.
