Once you submit the enrolment form we can process this form usually within the same day or the following day (<24 hours) if the form was submitted after business hours etc. We have a dedicated team that is well resourced and trained in how to review your form content and complete the initial stage for our students promptly.

As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we are given the authority to issue Nationally Recognised Qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) that we hold on our scope of registration.
To comply with our registration obligations we need to ensure we have a process to validate the individual/s that are enrolling into our courses. We do this by asking for a record of your identification (For example: Licence, passport etc.)

All of these records are stored on secured servers to keep your data and records safe – this is covered by our Privacy Policy obligations.
The PTR/LLN (Pre-Training Review/Language Literacy Numeracy) form assists us to ensure you are suitable and appropriate to complete the course you are seeking to enrol into.
We take the time to review each of your responses so we can make a determination from what you have written and proceed you to the next appropriate step. Whilst we provide sample questions and suggested word count responses as a guide, we often have prospective students who simply provide us with “Yes” or “No” or very simple responses.
Please understand these simple or short responses, may not assist us to determine your suitability and appropriateness to commence your chosen course.
